Unable to install driver software

when u putting d flashdrive in ur laptop is dere ny new drive automatically comes or not....
if it comes copy watever documents in ur flash drive n format ur flash drive n take it out n ageain put it in to socket n see it works or not....

if it creates more problem ask me...

Who is the manufacturer of the flash drive? you may have to go to their website and download the drivers for the flash drive to operate with vista. it should be a free download.

There is a problem with this drive and windows vista. Unfortunately both these companies will throw you the run around (Microsoft says talk to Kingston, Kingston says talk to microsoft. It is definetly a Vista issue. There is no driver you can find for vista. I would recommend replacing it with one that you know is compatible with Vista or wait til this problem is fixed. Will work in XP just fine.
