Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
I have a HP Pavilion dv6736nr, it keeps telling me that it's not a valid product, but that's what it says on my laptop.
For the Port for my plug in to charge it, I can't get it to charge. There's supposed to be a blue light that comes on when it's plugged in, but it's not doing that let alone charging. Just wondering what I needed to do, and approx. how much it's gonna cost to get fixed, if needed. The USB ports do it as well, have since about 2 or 3 months after I got it, and I bought it in Feb. thank you in advance.
This is a hardware issue. Since you just bough it in Feb, assuming you bought it new, it should be under warranty and shouldn't cost you anything to have it repaired repaired. Contact the store you purchased it from and ask them about your warranty policy.
