When I turn on the projector, it comes up with the BenQ logo. After that there is just a blue screen. It usually has the option to select a source, but none of the controls work, it won't do anything. I have tried with and without hooking it up to other devices, restarting etc, nothing helps.

Exactly the same as lvlcontactus. Is this the same as the white screen problem described in the fixed problems?

I recently struck this issue with one of our PB6100's. To resolve I did the following:
- Enter service menu (found on AVForums): PRESS AND HOLD UP BUTTON UNTIL LAMP HOURS ARE DISPLAYED, PRESS THE POWER AND BLANK BUTTONS TOGETHER
- Under the Fan menu select "More Options". You should then be in the "Fac7 Submenu".
- Select "Hard Reset". Note that this will reset the lamp hours also!
- Power off & then on again. Test input.
The above worked for me. Hope it helps.
