Hi Darrell,...Make sure the part of the machine where the driptray fits is all dry.(no wet ground coffee stick on the wall) Itis possible the water sensor inside the machine is sensing wetness behind the drip tray. Hope it helps.
Probably the touch pad is faulty. Before we decide that make sure the bottom touch area is dry and nothing sticking on to it.Can be check by removing the 2 screws underneath.
The worst case senerio will be the CPU which is not receiving the signal from the touch pad.
sounds like air got in the water lines. Try turning off the machine and making sure the tank is seated good. at menu try an get hot water to get the pump flowing again. you may hear a loud "eh-eh-eh" buzz which means air is in the pump. It will quiet down as the air is forced out. try it several times. Hopefully you get it working. Just remember not to run the tank completely dry.
Check the right side of the tray holder. There should be a small lever (micro-switch) that you can feel and press in. If it does not click when pressed then you need to replace it at a service center. If the leaver just broke off (a small triangle piece with a tab on the end) then you may be able to stick a piece of card board to make the switch click and fool the machine to think the tray is in. until you can get it to a service center. email@example.com
