Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
1. unplug the printer.
2. Take it apart as far as you can and check to make sure there is no paper jammed in the corners of the feed mechanism.
3. plug it back in and wait for the self test to complete.
4. turn off your computer (completely) and turn it back on again. On one of my computers I actually have to remove the plug from the wall, wait 20 seconds and then plug it back in to get it to reset completely.
