Computer is not detecting my sansae250

Have you had the unit working on this computer before? what operating system are you using? Have you tried using the unit on a different computer and does it still work? Once you troubleshoot the problem further. You can figure out whether it is the unit or the computer that is having the problem.
Thanks,
Lee

connect to your pc using usb connection. sansa should be recognized as storage media drive. navigate to the drive. Drag and drop files to music/video folder. Enable show hidden files and folders in your windows folder settings. Tools>Folder Options>View. Some of the folders are hidden. You can delete the preloaded music also. Some of them are in the radio folder.

Plug the cables into your computer and the Sansa. Make sure your computer has the Sansa Media Converter installed (supplied with your Sansa). Start Sansa Media Converter. Click on "Add Files" and select the files to be added. Then click on "Convert". Wait for the program to finish, and close Sansa Media Converter. Unplug your Sansa. Enjoy videos. :D
