MY MP3 PLAYER IS NOT AN LG BUT IT USES LG FIRMWARE AND IT IS NOT PLAYING ANY MUSIC.THE SCREEN IS SHOWING "DISK ERROR", THE FIRM WARE IS VERSION "LG MP3 PLAYER, QY042FVI,CM60022,2007/02/07,ACT_V9.0.50." CAN I GET ANY ASSISTANCE ON HOW TO GET MY MP3 PLAYER PLAYING MUSIC? AND CAN I GET AN UPGRADE ON THE FIRMWARE TO GET THE 2008 VERSION?
