Question about Dell 3100cn Laser Printer
Printing CMYK dots twice on every print
posted by RyanCD on Jun 16, 2008
I clean the fuser drum and wiped clean the toner drum and took out the toners and put them back in. The dots still show up! I don't know what to do? Help!
We had a Dell Engineer come out for this prob and it basically involved replacing every working part inside it until it worked! :-(
He said he believed that it might have been toner leaking out, but I don't believe that because of the precision of the dots on every printout.
I hope urs is in warranty!
