Question about Microsoft Computers & Internet
Iam confused whether you want to remove virus r to reinstall the OS
Here is the steps, how to remove virus
log on http://housecall.trendmicro.com and ran online virus scan to remove the virus from your computer.
After doing this download AVG antivirus from www.avg.com and install it. Make sure you completed the updates for AVG and once again do a complete Virus scan.
In regards to reformat, have a look at the article below
remember when you reformat the harddrive you will lose all the data in the C: drive as well as the program that is installed.
So after you install the Operating System you have to install all the necessary programs and drivers for the devices like network adapter, sound card, display card, etc.,

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Reformat the card.
Presumably you have a card reader, and presumably that card,
when inserted, appears as another drive on your computer.
"Reformat it. Remove any data you want to keep first,
but then reformat it."
That will erase everything from the card. Data. Viruses.
If for some reason you cannot reformat it on your computer,
then once again, copy off the data you want to keep, and use your camera or
other device to reformat it; most have this as an option.
and so rate the solution if got help
