Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
I just bought a x2500 all-in-one printer and when I try to use the scanner all I ever get is an error message saying it has encountered a problem and needs to close every thing else works fine what can I do to fix this.

When you try to hook up your printer in your comuputer is the printer detected? where you able to install the driver for your printer? was the printer configuration setting specially type of connection set to usb if the printer is connected to usb.
