The little cap that holds the wheel on my Black & Decker Lawn Hog electric mower has come off and would like to know if it can be replaced. Thank you

Perhaps you can find the part on the diagram at www.ToolPartsDirect.com. Type in the model number of your mower and look at the diagram. You can order the parts there if needed. Click the link on the right side of this page to go to ToolPartsDirect.com. They are one of the sponsors here.

Thermal cut-off switch

no thermal cut-off. check for the switch terminal & the terminal where u plug the extension if all right. any dis-colorization on switch terminal may sign of burnt out inside. for further info check out www.toolpartsdirect.com. for pictures etc.

No power

I was having the same problem. I took the whole thing apart. It was the motor brushes and the handle switch. Check out www.ToolPartsDirect.com and type in your mower model number. You can see the diagram and order the parts you need. Mine were less than $20. It's really easy to take this mower apart.
