hell there! I want u to try this small antidode get the key pad membrane cleaned which is under the key pad . coz some kind of carbon forms after a period of time or liquids to can cause this too.
lastly if no change change the key pad membrane .
Get a technician to do this for u
remove its keypad, wash it's contact surface(which is made up of rubber) with soap and water gently then dry it thoruoghly , refix it n u r problem is gone :)

sir you have to send it to your nearest shop to clean the keypad membrane maybe its been damage by corrosion sometimes our hands gets sweat or talking someone for an hour our ears get sweat. you don't know that the sweat goes through the keypads.
