Question about Motorola Mobility H350 Wireless Headset

1 Answer

No sound on headset even though it has been appropriately paired to my Treo

I bought an H350 headset and worked fine with my Treo for about 6 weeks until a couple of days ago when, all of the sudden stop working. The problem is that even though it is appropriately paired I get no sound out of it when I make or receive a call. The funny thing is that I can answer and end a call by taping on the headset button but the sound comes out always from the phone.

I have deleted the device from the phone’s trusted list and re-pair it several times with no luck. I have also reseted the phone. This will not solve it either.

I paired the head set to a Sony Ericsson phone and got the same result.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. I contacted Motorola and they sent me a new headset. It worked for a little while and then the same thing.

I too faced exactly the same problem..My phone was the Nokia N70...I too thought initially this was a problem with the headset...But when I had my phone re-started, then the headset started working fine...So I think this problem is related to the phone...Try this out...All the best!

H350 headset no sound

I had the same problem and ended up exchanging my H350 for another one thinking the unit was defective. I had the same problem with the second one so I tried turning the phone completely off as well as the headset....then powering them both on. Worked like a charm. Apparently the phone just needed to be reset. Hope that helps.
