The power supply board have trouble with it many power supply transformers.That why u getting to must current and keep killing the fuse.U have electronic skills and troubleshooting skills check all those input and output of those power supply tranformers coils,replaced the wright dead tranformer,will solved this problems.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Check the bridge rectifier, MOSFET that drives the transformer, etc.
I owuld use a 75watt bulb in series with the power feeding the TV so you do not waste good fuse, the bulb will light up real bright if you have dead shorts, dimmly lit if there is no shorts, this is a simple trick I use for over 30 years.
