Question about Uniden Cordless Phone
I have an odd problem. When people call me and I am already on the phone (activating call waiting) the caller hears a message that my phone line is disconnected. I called Comcast (my provider) which insisted the problem is my phone. I Have a Uniden powermax 5.8ghz.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
I had the same problem with one of my phone. Turned out that the memory is fulled. After I deleted some numbers in my address file, it works.

have you tried a hard reset. please leave the phone plugged off from wall power for one night and then try starting.
this may start the phone normally and problem will get solved many times.

As soon as your message starts, enter 0 and your pin (w/in 2 seconds). Then follow prompts. More specifics, see your telephone manual - you can go to www.retrevo.com/support/uniden-tru8885-2
See pg 64-65 and if you need to set pin, pg 25. Be blessed.
