Question about Nikon Coolpix 5400 Digital Camera
Got a new 160gig harddrive installed on my computer which has 256megs ram and uses Windows XP 2.
Since installing(by a so-called tech professional) my Nikon View disk loads but won't work and I get an error report.
Also, my HP w1907 DVI monitor flickers while scrolling and never did before with my 5.99 gig harddrive and the same web service.
Take the old drive out, copy what you have on it to the new drive beforehand, then remove it and you will have a working backup of your data in case something goes wrong. If you still using old drive as system boot partition you can use Norton Ghost for example to transfer the system, download a free trial from norton website and go from there. But best would be add at least 256mb more RAM as this speeds up your system and reinstall windows and all your software from scratch onto new hard drive, it will be more reliable and significantly faster.

Tips for a great answer:
using the Monitor options you can control the quality of the preview displayed in the monitor, the conditions
under which the monitor will turn on automatically, and monitor brightness and hue.
be sure the monitor is on.the scene mode won't work unless you have the monitor on.
hope this helps.
