Open email attachments

jpg, gif and some other extension end attachments are not opening as they had been before att could not allow me to use my old password. Att says it has nothing to do with it. Dell took over the screen and did some changes and it still is not functioning as it did before the password change by att. what can I do?

Well number one, att could change a million passwords and that won't affect or even have a difference on this problem. Sounds like they changed maybe an e-mail password. if they did that, that's something completely different.
Did you try maybe a system restore?
