if you have a Utility Botton.try this method turn machine off and power back up while holding down Utility Botton .do not let go untel prompted for trouble reset '
if that does not work try doing the same using the STOP Botton

You reset the code by pressing the "Trouble reset switch on the Tech Rep setting Switch board, located under the control panel, open the machine front cover its a small circuit board with two small black press type switches (left side switch)
