-   My mp3 player won't turn on. It won't do anything. I've tried plugging it in, and pressing the reset button, nothing works. I don't want to have to buy a new one if the problem is fixable.-   fayenay

-   I have this same problem now. I used the player briefly (turned it on and then decided to listen to a CD so I turned if back off) a couple weeks ago. It turned on and off just fine then. The battery had recently been fully charged. Now it will not do anything. It will not turn on and it is not recognized by my computer. The little reset button in the back has no effect either. I tried different USB ports and different USB cables. It acts like there is no battery at all.
Any help out there?
