That is an alert code. Most heaters require forced air venting, and some use a vacuum switch to test for that airflow before igniting gas flame.

I can't find a blower wheel for my air conditionning ACP 102 GPW (WHIRLPOOL).and the part number for it. I need your help

Any heating and air supply house should have it. If not they can order it. Most heating and air supply houses only sell to licensed contractors. If you can't but it direct have a contractor buy it for you.

Problem with air conditionning it stops and a light is blonking

Hi, what you need to do is remove the panel where this light is blinking first of all. There may be a panel switch on the perimeter that will kill the power when you remove it, you will know if the light goes out. If this happens, tape it down so the unit will blink again. On the panel, or inside the unit you will see a chart for troubleshooting with a list of codes and faults on it. It will tell you to count how many times the unit is blinking, and will have a code that will tell you what is wrong with the unit. It may be a safety switch that needs to be reset, or the outdoor unit may be dirty and needs to be washed. Anyway, find the chart and go from there. Please keep me posted on this, so I can help you get it running.

For air conditioners is also stay at 64 i dont go up or down whit the remote why

Please elaborate! I'm unsure if your A/C will not change temperature without the remote. Some units have a "lock" which if set, will keep the unit at the same temperature & if it's only not working with your remote, my guess is that your remote is bad or the batteries are dead or placed in it incorrectly (or may have leaked & ruined the remote.)
