Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
Unistall ITunes and all IPod software off of your computer. Go to Apple.com and download a new set and reinstall it.
Make sure your IPod isn't plugged into your computer while it is installing.
If you get BSOD after that tell me what the screen says.
What is the make and model of that computer.
