Question about Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z700 Digital Camera
My camera was stolen and dumped in a front yard and now has a cloudy appearance when I take pictures and doesn't seem to focus. Any reason or solution?
Try drying the camera out - but don't apply heat too quickly. A hot water cupboard may be OK, or on top of an appliance which is warm to touch and well ventilated (eg top of TV or CRT).
Give this a day or two, see if that helps.

There may have been some condensation inside the camera if it was dumped in a front yard. That could account for the cloudy appearance. We could try to reset the camera and see if that helps. Turn the camera on and press menu. Go to setup and then down to reset. Go right and highlight ok and then press select. Now try it and see it that's better. If not you may have to have someone clean the inside of the lens.
