Your kenwood only has preouts for a subwoofer. If you want to add the amp the amp will need to have some high inputs. If it does not then you will need to buy an accessory that will allow you to connect speakers and have rca outputs. From there yo will need two sets of rca jacks to run to the amplifier.

We just installed the Kenwood KDC-X692 in our 1993 BMW 740il. The tuner works, but the CD has no sound and the AUX doesn't work either. I'm also confused on the bluetooth ready but lack of instructions...

i'm assuming you are going through an amplifier. if so it sounds like you are using the blue wire instead of the blue/white wire to turn the amplifier on. i can't really help you with the bluetooth though.

If your trying to pair up a bluetooth most units are usually 0000 or 1234. Those work for most of the bluetooths ive put in.

KDC-W7537U model number Code for bluetooth

most of the default codes are 1234, 0000, 1111 unless changed by the user. if this doesn't work, you can always do a hard rest of your radio by pressing the small pin hole button on the face of the radio.
