Question about HP OfficeJet 4215 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I put in a new cartrige as usual and for some reason it won't detect my alignment page this time. I printed several new ones to try but none work.
When it prints the align page, take a look at the carriage. Do you see it stop and shine a blue light every so often? That is what detects the alignment. If you do not see a light, call HP support.
