Then you should run your computer Anti-Virus to check for them. Also run your disk check in safe mode. Then defragment your laptop if it says it needs it. Hope this helps!?

Try to clean CPU exhaust system with blower.
Check Temp. range in BIOS.
Check CPU fan function in BIOS.
Use flat surface to place and use laptop.

Hello sir, hi, try to check if the side exhaust fan is blowing out reasonable amount of hot air, if not you side exhaust fan is dirty, it may need cleaning, If the exhaust fan has reasonable amount of hot air blowing out, then you may need to buy laptop cooler, inquire about it at your laptop dealer.

well open your PC case and be sure to deattach it from power, then screw out the hard drive by removing the screw drivers then deattach it you will deattaach two cables one is with the poera dn the other one , make sure the new hard disk is on the master section and attach it again and start ur computer then go to the bios menu and identify and intall it there
