Can not get temp. below +10 f

compressor change out 2yr. ago to Copeland #RS64c2E-CAA-959.. using R404A...approx. HP=250psi..LP=10psi..cool down time 24=hr. opened evap. compartment found ice building up of lower drain pan area. Compressor running all the time. door seals good,turned light off
