TV cutting off and on.

D52W19 FPA This sounds like the front panel assembly(FPA) switches are acting up. What happens with this model is the FPA switches start to conduct just as if someone was pressing the buttons. This in effect locks up the system control or causes it to do erratic things.
The way to determine if the FPA is bad is to remove it by unplugging from set. This requires front panel disasembly. Note:The remote will still work with the FPA removed so the set can be tested.
Let me know if you need more help or info.

Fpa lock on how do i get this offf

hello Lock/Unlock Parental Controls
Selecting this option lets you lock and unlock parental controls settings
using a password.
If you do not lock parental controls, none of the settings for V-Chip,
Channel Block, or Front Panel Block will take effect.
If you forget your password, press the MENU button, then select Parental
Control
(the password entry screen appears). Simultaneously press and
hold CH+ and VOL+ on the front panel for 8 seconds. Parental Controls
unlock and the Parental Control menu appears. You can enter a new
password by locking the Parental Controls again.
Front Panel Block
Selecting this option lets you block (disable) or unblock (enable) the TV’s
front panel. The remote still tunes to any channel. When using this as a
Parental Control method, remove access to any remote that is capable of
operating the television while you have the front panel blocked.
Don’t forget to lock parental controls after you change the status. If you
don’t, the front panel block will not take effect .if this don't work get back to me i've got manual good luck

V-lock set by accident. what is the master rest code?

Hello there, I would unplug the unit and allow it to be off for over 24 hours and that should cause the memory to be gone, including the Vchip code where the TV set goes back to the manufacture's settings.
Its always best to write down codes for future refer.
