Hi,

I think the switch which discriminates the open / lock position of the flip seems to be damaged or jammed. Please take it to the nearest authorised serice centre for a full checkup. It may be a small problem now, but it may lead to something big in future.

Take care

What I hear you saying is that the phone "slid back in". You are simply experiencing a white screen. Before taking the phone into your dealer, depending on the brand, you might be able to remove the battery for about 60 seconds to reset your phone. Then put the battery back in and see if it works better. Good luck.

White then black screen

This can be fixed, now first try pulling out your battery and let hte phone sit for about 5 min then put it back and try.If this did not help I would believe that the phones flex cable is damaged I dont think it is the lcd cause you do get a picture even if brief.the flex cable is attached to your keypad that is stuck in the phone with adhesive it is not easy to replace you would need detailed instructions if the battery trick does not work you can email me at mikecolby34@yahoo.com and i will send the instructions to you this way i dont have to type them all out

you need to change the flex cable inside that connects the LCD to the mainboard.

Screen problems

This might be a loose connector on the top of phone. What you want to do is open up the top section of the phone, there are four screws. once you remove the top cover there are two connectors, one that comes from the camera and the other comes from the keypad. gently remove this one (upwards) and clean with IPA (alcohol) and a brush. let dry and re-install making sure it connects securely.

Good luck
