I am trying to locate the minute key on my casio fx-9750GII. I can find the degree and second key but not the minute key.

In Run(/Mat) press the OPTN key. Then press F6 to find other options.
Press F5:ANGL Here is what you see.

To enter an angle in decimal degrees, type in a decimal value then
press the F1:key to insert the degree symbol.
To enter an angle value in DMS, press the F4 key after each part.
See the next screen capture.

The menu option key above the F5 key, converts from DMS to DD

First time using infocus 1x projector with this laptop - installed drivers but there is no start up screen on the projector and will not display laptop image.

You have to tell the computer you hooked up an additional external monitor. Lower left on the keyboard you will see a "FN" key. Across the top, your F keys...look for an icon that looks like a monitor. Usually F5, F7 or F8. Hold down the FN key and select the F5 etc key which is the command to display the image through the external port. Doing this once displays image through the projector and laptop. Twice displays image to projector only and three times returns to display only on laptop again.

Image appears on laptop screen but wont project onto external screen from projector. The model is:Optoma DS 306 DLP

Most laptops have the ability to send the image to the screen, the projector or both. Switching is often a combination of the Function key and one of the functions (eg F5) The particular key may have CRT/LCD on it. Pressing this combination of keys once, twice or three times cycles between the three options mentioned above.

My acer aspire one has no picture any suggestions

Try the FN+F5 or FN+F6 keys in case you accidentally set it to a external display.

If not then try connect it to an external display and use those keys again.

You may have to use the FN+ F5 key twice or even three times to get it to show on an external display.

If you cannot get any type of display then it would be time to dig a little deeper

If you can get an external display but not the laptop one then once again its time to dig deeper.

Booting up

First , I would visulally check the fans and heat sink fins... see if they are Dusty, clean them if needed... then try booting to an external video source, like a Desktop Monitor.. Connect it to your laptops serial port then press the Function Key and see if your video card is ok...
