Question about Creative Labs ZEN Vision:M Digital Media Player
Hold the on/off switch in the on position as if you were turning the unit on then press the reset button with a paper clip next to the dock connector. Let go of the on/off switch and the player should reboot in the Recovery Mode. First try doing a disc cleanup to see if it resolves your issue. Next try doing the reload firmware from the recovery mode screen. If that still doesn't work and you don't mind having to re-copy your music to the player then try to format all.
