You need to have the OS CD to do that. More often than not once the CD is inserted the installation process should in case it doesn't start then you need to change the Boot Sequence and the complete step is mentioned below. Go into your Bios/Setup, or Boot Menu, at startup, and change the Boot Order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the Boot Order, then reboot with the disk in the Drive.
