Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Go to the bios and make sure the parallel mode is set to ecp or 2 way communication. I can't remember the exact wording, but ecp or epp should solve the problem. also make sure you parallel cable is not longer than 5 feet.. anything longer tends to degrade the signal
