Hello, We purchased the HP Photosmart B110 all-in-one printer. My husband installed the software from the disk onto his Vista system and had issues. I installed onto my XP and everyting worked perfectly. I have been trying to install the software onto his system but it just doesn't work. The disk doesn't read properly and I have tried downloading the software from the HP website as well. Any suggestions how we can get it fixed so he can use the printer? Thanks! Liz

I believe you are misunderstanding it. The old disc is the software and driver for windows XP.

You will need to go onto the HP support website and look up your printers model number. You will be able to download the latest driver for Vista for no cost.

Make sure your printer is listed and supported under Vista

If it is they will have a driver you can download from that site

goto the hp web site www.hp.com and start with the download & support tab, then download all the software and drivers for your model printer and vista operating system.

then install all you have downloaded and you should be ok.

first download the software/drivers for the printer from the link below.

second sign in as administrator or your account may have those privledges already. during the install if there is a spot make sure that the printer is available to all users.

One thing you may know off hand but might not have been asked. Is that a 64 bit operating system by chance... also designated as x64.
