Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Had the same problem took me a while but figured it out - follow this link - http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=213&subCatID=214&prodID=10795&prodName=ZEN%20Micro&subCatName=ZEN&CatName=MP3+Players
download the a driver first - once you download that the computer will see your Creative! Then update your firmware. I used the oldest update they had (which was the same as what was on it) but once reloaded it rebuilt library and we were back in action - to my suprise all the songs were still there!
