Nokia 6288 Video Camera "Unable to Save File"

I'm using a Nokia 6288 Version 6.10 and as per checking to Nokia website thru Nokia Software Updater there is an available update Version 6.43 I install it properly and I did successfully install and upgrade my mobile.

I've noticed that when I'm taking video it doesn't take long and there's pop up message "Unable to Save File" and my mobile will just then hang only restarting my mobile is the only way to use it normally again.

I hope you can help me assist to solve this technical problem of my mobile.

Thanks a lot!

My only problem with my cell is that i think there's no SAVE in the nokiac3 phones.

If you mean you're unable to save sent messages, its a known issue with the C3. In fact, the only way for saving drafts is using the notes function :

Select Menu -> Apps -> Notes-> Create a note and Select Options-> Send note ->Send as message.

This issue has been to be fixed in some software update.

Try typing *#0000# and check your version.
The latest version is 04.65 as on 07-10-10.

Run Nokia Software Updater if your version is lower than this

My e65 doesn't want to send or even recieve texts

Try flashing your phone. Install NOKIA PC SUITE and NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER (google them and select them from the Nokia websites) on your computer. Then connect your phone via the USB cable. Once the Nokia PC Suite finds and instal your phone, then run the Updater. It should allow you to install a higher version or the same version of your software. If you like to keep your data, you can use the nokia PC Suite to back up your entire phone before running the Software Updater. Afterwards use the same to Restore your Data.
Make sure your phone is fully charged before doing this.

Hey about the unlocking of a nokia 6288 on 3

Go to www.nokia.co.uk or the nokia site dedicated for your country. If you're not sure of the address you can go to www.nokia.com, select your counrty and then proceed from there. Then click the 'Get support & software' link on the page. Select your phone model. i.e. Nokia 6288. Then go to the Download Software tab & download the device software update. Once you've downloaded the Nokia Software updater for your device you can connect the phone to the PC using the USB cable. Follow the instructions & update the phone's software. Note: This would not work if the handset is keyguard locked as the phone needs to be unlocked so that the device can be recognised once connected to the PC. TIP: I've tried locking my NOKIA 6288 by entering the incorrect Security Code when it asks for the keypad unlock code & this locks the handset after 5 incorrect attempts but if you leave the handset ON for atleast 5-10 minutes & then try unlocking the keypad using the correct security code, the handset then gets unlocked.
