Removing a spyware can be very tedious and not worth doing because it will not only waste your time your action will be futile. do a clean reinstallation of your operating system. be sure that after you have reinstalled windows, to unplug your computer from the outlet and remove the battery, if this a notebook, then press and hold your power button for 5 to 10 seconds to make sure that all spyware or virus hiding inside your cache will be drained or deleted.

If you have recurring pop-ups caused by spyware that appear whenever you connect to the Internet, you will need to completely remove the spyware causing the problem.
The most effective way to remove all spyware from your machine is to use at least two different antispyware programs while your computer is in safe mode so that the spyware cannot open itself.
Navigate your web browser to a website that offers a spyware removal utility such as "Spybot" or "Lavasoft Adaware".
Download and install the antispyware software.
Navigate to a second website and download a secondary antispyware utility.
Restart your computer and wait for the manufacturer's logo to appear on the screen.
Press the "F8" key repeatedly until a new menu pops up.
Scroll down through the list of options and highlight the entry labeled as "Safe Mode."
Open up the first spyware utility you installed earlier once the operating system has finished loading in safe mode.
Click on the antispyware utility's "Update Now" button at the left side of the window.
Wait for the program to finish downloading the latest spyware detection routines.
Disconnect your computer from its Internet connection either by unplugging its Ethernet cable or by powering off your wireless router.
