Sorry Rahul but your motherboard INTEL D102GGC2cannot support DDR2 667mhz. You motherboard can only support
Two 240-pin DDR2 SDRAM Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM) sockets
• Support for DDR2 533 MHz and DDR2 400 MHz DIMMs
• Support for up to 2 GB of system memory
So i think i clear your doubts.

Link for download of drivers etc. is at the bottom. Choose Operating system, etc and what you need (drivers, software, etc.).
I don't know if it will come to you as a hyperlink or not. If not you will have to copy and paste or type in address bar as one long string.
