I have a logitech webcam but i dont have the cd required to install it.how do i go about installing the cam?
All you need to do is install the software before you plug the camera in and after your done installing the cd, plug it in. If you need any further help please provide the exact model and I would be more then happy to assist you.

If I understand correct that you have a Logitech QuickCam Express, then you can download the software from here.
Otherwise go here and choose your webcam from the list.
