You will need to start from the main power supply section to see if the power works. Please check this link for tips on SMPS
You will need to remove the panel to determine the voltage that comes to feed the main board. check the +B , if the voltage dies off, if so check for short in the circuit. Possible drivers being short can also be the reason. Remove off the leads to the output and check if the voltage builds up to confirm.
