Question about Computers & Internet
Well, if the company has not provided you with a CD set. You may well start with a recovery program inside windows itself. The system has a hidden partition and it will restore itself to the factory-fresh settings.
If you have to install a new OS, then you may have to dowload a new set of drivers from HP.com (which is very irritative)
Then you may proceed with a OS bootable disk and proceed as specified on the screen. The drivers will come handy after the installation, so better save it on a CD or Pen drive.
