Question about Compaq Armada M700 Notebook
Sp31891.exe is the HP/Compaq Softpaq that helped me see that the wireless was enabled, but had some kind of software funkiness. It may also contain the driver for the wireless on/off switch for the Presario V5000 series. The particular unit I was working on was a V5005us .

the top of your key board right below the power button, there is a row of
hotkeys the far left one is the wireless button.
Also have you gone into your device manager and seen if the wireless network device is turned on/enabled?

In case it is the network adapter that needs to be replaced, you cannot do it yourself as in this laptop and most of the others, the network adapter is a part of the motherboard and cannot be replaced, it can be done only with proper hardware and techinicans, so you might need to send it to the repair shop to make sure that you do not mess up with it.
Please rate the solution.

Testimonial: "Thank you, you've been very helpful. Glad I didn't try to do this on my own or else I'd be out purchasing another laptop! Thanks again!"
Please try to plug the power cord into the source and used DC power source. Let the laptop charge for 5 - 10 minutes then after the given time please turn on the laptop. If it does not work extend the time from5 -10 to 15 - 30 minutes then repeat the stpes again. If it does not turn on then please try to check if the battery is charging. Then if all the procedure you have already perform and still no positive result then i advice you to please find a computer technician in your please and let that person fix the problem for you.
