Normally, you just lift the lid and open any drop down covers, the cartridges then just slide to the middle

An online instruction manual is here :-

Just scroll down to and click on the line:-

How do I change the ink on the Cannon MX330? I cant find where the cartridge is

I am writing this to enquire in regards to Canon Pixma MX320. I bought a Canon Pixma MX320 about 3 weeks ago, and I have brought it over to overseas. I am wondering if it is possible to change from the general ink cartridge that this particular printer use, which is PG510 and CL511 to another similar ink cartridge, which is PG810 and CL811. This is because, where I am living right now, doesn't have the particular Canon Pixma MX320, but instead Canon Pixma MX328 and MX338. The Canon Pixma MX328 and MX338 uses the PG810 and CL811. So, is it possible to substitute from PG510 to PG810 and CL511 to CL811 for Canon Pixma MX320? Thank you for your help.

I just installed new cartridges (3rd set) and printer still says ink is low. How can that be? Is there something I can do to reset the printer color and black buttons. They show yellow instead of green....

Hi
If you replaced the cartridges with genuine Canon cartridges then there's probably a build up of ink under the cartridge carriage. Pull out all the cartridges and lift up the carriage. Clean it using a non alcohol cleaner. While you're at it put some cleaner on a folded up paper towel and wipe the ink reservoir located on the right hand side, where the carriage sits when idle. If you replaced your Canon cartridges with off brand cartridges then you might not have changed the chips over. On the old cartridges there's a tiny chip glued to the plastic in front. This chip must be popped off and snapped onto the new cartridge. Good luck

You either have bought a bad cartridge, or are using a generic or refilled cartridge, or have damaged the contacts in the carriage assembly.

Replace the same cartridge again only make sure you use a new Canon cartridge. If this does not help, either the contacts in the carriage assembly are bad or the main board has bit the dust.

Repairing the contacts would require you to remove the upper case so you can access the contacts, remove the ink cartridge and streighten out the contacts before reinstallig the cartridge.

The contacts are located at the front of the carriage assembly under the ink cartridge.
