Question about Audio Players & Recorders
The finalize process is a two-button process. With the disc to be finalized in the B tray, press Finalize on the unit or the remote and then press Play/Pause on the B side of the CDRW. The finalization will take 2 minutes or longer. Then it should indicate the total number of tracks and the time for the disc.
If there isn't enough room left on the disc, the unit will not finalize the disc. (I believe it takes 20kb but I'm not sure about that. It depends on the number of tracks.)
Unfortunately, the exact remote doesn't seem to be available. A substitute remote is available from http://www.remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?a=Search&o=c&uid=0&m=cdrw120&uuid=12898418918770 . BTW a copy of the Owner's manual is available online as a PDF: http://support.radioshack.com/support_audio/69102.htm .
I hope this helps.
