Ultra is a no-name manufacturer- one that buys chips and boards from other manufactures and assembles them cheaply, without providing any real support. Because of that no universal remote supports them officially.
Your tv uses Samsung chips so you should try the Samsung codes. If none of them work then your only option left is to perform a code scan, maybe one of the other codes will be compatible with your tv.
