Are you using web based E-Mail ,or a client such as Microsoft Outlook?

Make sure there is not a file size restriction limit set.

Try Deactivating your Anti-Virus for just a minute to attach.

I am running Publisher 4.23 Is it possible to send work by e-mail as a PDF FILE

Yes, this is done quite easily.
You need to install a printer driver PDF program on yourcomputer first. There are quite a few freeware PDF writer programs on theInternet you can download one such as CutePDF.
Create your document then click on File - Print and select the PDF writer as theprinter device. Then name and save the PDF file. Then attach this PDF file as an attachment in your e-mail. You can download Cute PDF from this WEB site.

How do I email photos from my dell computer?

A simple process to e-mail photos from any computer using windows is fairly simple. Find the folder with the pictures in them. Then select the pictures you would like to send by pressing the "ctrl" key while left clicking(left mouse button) on each picture you would like to send. Once you have selected the pictures then right click on one of the highlighted pictures and select "send to" and then "e-mail recipient" and then right click. This will bring up a page to send the e-mail using your default e-mail program with the pictures attached. You can then add any remarks, comments ect. and choose who you would like to send the pictures to.

I am not computer literate and need help. can you explain to me step by step how to scan and e-mail documents. my e-mail address: please. Thank you

First turn on the computer, after it loads up plug the scanner into the computer, turn it on, and it should prompt you to install a driver for the scanner. Follow the directions on screen and it will install it for you. After that, it might require a reboot of the system, if so do so. If not make sure the scanner is powered on and then put the document in the scanner and run the program that was installed for the scanner and it should scan for you, or if the scanner has a button that says scan and it should put it in a file on your computer, possibly in the MY DOCUMENTS folder. Open your email and compose new mail and then when your ready to put the file in, click the ATTACHMENTS button and find the file and click attach, and then send. There you just scanned and sent your first file VIA email. Congratulations. Any further questions please let me know.
