The only way to replace the wires is to trace them out, or splice them. This will require some disassembly of the unit to replace them, but if enough of the wires are present, you might be able to solder them to other pieces of wire to get it to work.
I tried to find a manual online, but it didn't come up at any of the sites. Your best best would be to contact Venture support, and here is their website:
