Hmm..did you remove or try to replace any parts within the computer?
You may want to try resetting the BIOS,this is just a short quick thing to try..not guaranteed it will work.
Try taking out the battery, leave it out for a couple of minutes. Put the battery back in, with out any memory installed power up the system, the speaker should beep, maybe two short and one long beep, or long then short over and over.
