DVD Stuck in TV/DVD Combo

DVD stuck. won't eject. DVD plays, but makes a rattling noise when trying to eject.

This may not sound technical, but I stuck the end of a paper clip into the opening until I could feel the dvd.....jiggled it a bit, and out it popped while pushing the eject button!!!
