When i call from magicjack, they can hear me but i cannot hear them

Magcjack says "If you are getting a fast busy on your incoming calls, please make sure that your telephone is not an old style rotary telephone. These telephones require a higher electrical throughput and will not work with the magicJack."

You need to ask magicJack Customer Service

Try moving your Magicjack to a separate outlet away from any
other electrical lines.

This maybe due to "echo" n long distance calls.

You cannot use the magicjack in this way. The magicjack is used to enable the telephone to be used instead of the computer.

Plug in the magic jack device when the internet connection is working and it should download the software to make it work.

I have the same problem with the key pad beep during telephone
conversations and I hace a Uniden 5.8ghz phone.
So its not just panasonic 5.8 ghz phones that do the beeping.

magicjack is garbage..tech support is non existant..and TRY to get a human being on the phone..cant be done

Question: is the magicJack plugged directly into the USB port on the computer or through a USB hub? If it's plugged into a hub, try plugging it directly to the port on the machine.
