Question about Haier HTN20R15 TV
There is a problem with the "tuning" frequency. There are various capacitors that ensure the transistor actually switches and doesn't spend much time turning on or off and causing heat.
I suspect the switching transformer has a diode on its secondary winding that is leaking and upsetting the tuning.
